Bo Gebbie, President of Evolving Solutions
Bo Gebbie has served as President of Evolving Solutions since August 2021, overseeing the company’s P&L and daily operations. He joined the organization in 2017 as Vice President of Sales, Services, and Marketing and quickly became a key leader within the Executive and Management Teams. In his current role, Bo drives quarterly and annual sales strategies, shapes service offerings, and leads marketing initiatives, while also setting cross-functional KPIs. He maintains strong relationships with clients, manufacturers, and technology partners, and represents the company on multiple advisory councils.
Prior to Evolving Solutions, Bo held senior leadership roles at IBM, most recently as Vice President of Server Solution Sales for North America, where he managed a $3 billion portfolio across Power Systems, Mainframe, and Server Linux divisions. He also contributed to major strategic initiatives and mentoring programs within IBM. Bo holds a finance degree from the University of Evansville and an MBA from Creighton University, and remains actively involved in leadership and community organizations, supporting youth development, education, and nonprofit initiatives.
