We gave them the system, the training, and the culture.” Under his leadership, PHP Agency grew into a national powerhouse with tens of thousands of agents.

Nobody was creating content for the serious, thinking entrepreneur. Nobody was breaking down strategy in a practical way. I wanted to create the content I wished I had when I was 22.”

“The goal of every interview is to find the playbook,” he states. “What were the five key decisions that made this person successful? What was their biggest failure and what did they learn? I’m not interested in fluff. I’m interested in the mechanics of success. Valuetainment is a library of those mechanics.”

And you must pour all of your resources and energy into solving for X before you move on to anything else.”

That’s the 10%. The other 90% of our content—the short clips, the social media posts, the articles—is all derived from that one massive piece of content. We go deep, create a masterpiece, and then atomize it across every platform. It’s a strategy of depth over width.”
